Hyper-Kamiokande is a next generation neutrino and nucleon decay experiment that is expected to start taking data in 2027. In this talk, I will introduce the experiment and discuss its neutrino astronomy programme, with a special focus on supernova neutrinos. Towards the end of the talk, I will also discuss the next-generation SuperNova Early Warning System (SNEWS 2.0), which will combine the powers of neutrino physicists and electromagnetic astronomers to optimise multi-messenger observations of the next galactic supernova.
