Dr. Alba Domi won the Marie Curie Postdoctoral Researcher Fellowship and joined ECAP for two years.

With the beginning of October, Dr. Alba Domi from the University of Amsterdam and NIKHEF joins ECAP. She won a Marie Curie Postdoctoral Researcher Fellowship granted by the EU with her proposal: QGRANT – Quantum GRavity seArches with Neutrino Telescopes. This two-year project aims at using ANTARES, KM3NeT and IceCube data for a global search of quantum gravity effects with atmospheric neutrinos: the analysis will focus on the phenomenological description of effects such as quantum decoherence and Lorentz invariance violation. Moreover, it will pave the way for a theory-based approach on quantum decoherence effects in neutrino oscillations thanks to the cooperation with the theory groups of the Quantum Gravity institute.
